The Department of Physics and Astrophysics at the University of North Dakota seeks a teaching assistant professor in physics, initially on a two-year appointment with renewal possible contingent upon performance and funding. This position combines 9-month full-time academic appointments with part-time summer appointments commensurate with load. The position may begin as early as July 01, 2023, but not later than August 16, 2023. A start date of July 1st will include a part-time summer contract from July 1 through August 15 and a full-time academic year contract from August 16, 2023 through May 15, 2024 as well as a part-time contract for summer of 2024 and a full-time academic year contract for August 16, 2024 through May 15, 2025.
