This is a tenure-track position in the Department of Physics and Astronomy starting in Fall 2025. This assistant professor will: (i) teach undergraduate courses in astronomy, physics, and Elon’s Core Curriculum; (ii) mentor students in their degree progress, course plan, and academic research; (iii) be actively engaged in disciplinary research; (iv) and contribute to the life of the university through service, which includes activities at the department, school, and university levels.
