Visiting Assistant Professor- Physics
The Physics Department at Colorado College invites applications for a visiting assistant professor position starting in August 2023. This position is a one-year visiting position with possibility of renewal for a second year, contingent upon satisfactory performance. We seek candidates with broad teaching interests who can teach across the undergraduate physics curriculum, including introductory as well as advanced physics courses. There may be an opportunity for the visitor to offer one course of their choice and/or teach introductory astronomy. Visitors may work with undergraduates on their research, although this is not required. We seek candidates with a commitment to teaching in the liberal arts environment.
