What we need:
Helion Energy has a unique opportunity for a hands-on Experimental Nuclear Scientist to develop the next-generation nuclear diagnostics for fusion generators. Your work will focus on advanced, modern nuclear diagnostics for high energy neutron systems.
Enhance the capability of our nuclear diagnostic devices.
Integrate those devices with other multi-keV diagnostics devices.
Assume a team leads role from time to time.
You have 5+ years of high energy neutron measurement, facilities design, heavy-ion diagnostics, and related electronics design expertise and experience.
Experience as a research physicist, scientist, or engineer with extensive, hands-on experience with the design and operation of modern (SIPM, etc.) nuclear diagnostics for D-D and D-3He fusion applications.
