St. Anne's-Belfield School seeks a full-time physics teacher. In Grade 9, students take either Physics or Advanced Physics. Math level determines physics course placement. This role relies on someone who collaborates effectively with the other physics teacher, members of the grades 9 - 12 science department and the upper school faculty as a whole. A successful teacher in this position has the capacity to foster in students an enthusiasm for the exploration of ideas and concepts in a student-centered classroom. St. Anne's-Belfield also affirms the enduring value of the teacher-advisor-coach philosophy. Experience teaching upper school-aged students and a masters degree in physics or secondary science education is preferred.
