n&k Technology is seeking a Physicist/Engineer whose initial focus will be an R&D project pertaining to THz TDS. The project will involve integration of a commercially-available THz time domain spectrometer into n&k’s optical metrology systems. Deep knowledge of THz TDS instrumentation and its application for materials characterization is required. The position requires an advanced degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering (Masters or Ph.D.), with emphasis in optics and spectroscopy.
The successful candidate should be a creative and independent thinker, with problem solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, while being able to work with a team consisting of Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Physicists.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
