Quantram, a hot Silicon Valley startup is looking for a motivated full-time scientist to make devices using a new class of quantum semiconductor materials. Should be a self-starter capable of rapidly building and analyzing prototype chips. Experience in fabrication of semiconductor devices including E-beam lithography and related fabrication and electronic transport measurements is required. Work involves applied research and offers rich publication opportunities.
