New College of Florida invites applicants for a non-tenure-track, full time instructor and lab support position in Physics starting in Jan. 2018. Minimum qualifications are a M.S. degree in Physics or a related field and 3 or more years of related professional experience is desired. Alternately, the preferred qualification is a Ph.D. in Physics or a related field. The successful candidate will teach a two-semester sequence of Physics Laboratory courses, supervise student assistants, and provide laboratory and lecture demonstration support for other courses. In addition, this position includes performing and/or coordinating equipment repairs.
