Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Physics
The Physics Department at Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, invites applications for a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor beginning in September, 2019. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching all facets of undergraduate physics to a diverse student body and who are committed to initiating and pursuing an active program of experimental research in physics in which upper-level undergraduates may participate. The position offers competitive salary and benefits, and funds for laboratory start-up expenses. A doctorate in physics is required; some teaching experience is highly desired.
