The Wabash College Physics Department invites applications for a 1-year visiting position at the assistant professor level beginning July 1, 2018. ABD required; Ph.D. preferred. Candidates must be committed to excellent and innovative teaching in a liberal arts environment, able to teach a wide range of undergraduate courses to a diverse student body, and eager to work in a department that values close interaction with faculty and students. Participation in the junior/senior level advanced lab is desired. Wabash offers a competitive salary and support for faculty development. Note that Wabash College does not provide H-1B or other immigration case sponsorship for short-term visiting positions.
