This individual will be responsible for the back end packaging efforts and bringing products through final packaging. They will be responsible for reliability improvement programs, failure analysis and overall operational oversight in supporting the production line.

Description
  • Develop and maintain die bonding efforts
  • Establish statistical process control and continuous yield processes
  • Develop and maintain CoS bonding efforts
  • Develop and maintain lens placement and fiber coupling efforts
  • Provide feedback for device design evolution
  • Analyze the laser device performance
  • Collaborate and work with cross functional design teams
  • Work with reliability team

Profile

Masters Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Physics/Materials Science

8+ Years of manufacturing experience

3+ Years of laser diode experience

Packaging Development experience

Demonstrated leadership ability

Hands on testing and validation experience

Software data analysis tools experience

Job Offer

Competitive Base Salary of $140,000-$160,000
